Shipping policy

Processing Time - All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly. 

Shipping Time - estimated delivery time is 5-7 Business Days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may very due to high demand or carrier delays. 

 

Order Tracking- once your oder has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number Via email. please allow 2-3 business days for tracking updates to appear. 

Shipping Cost- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We may offer free shipping on select promotions. 

 

Lost or stolen packages - Noire Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered. Noire Haus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please contact your carrier for assistance.
